Juanluis “Pepis” Rodriguez (he/him/his) is Litigation Counsel. Pepis is dedicated to combatting state control and marginalization of communities based on gender and sexuality. He was previously a Staff Attorney at The Center for HIV Law and Policy, where he worked to end HIV criminalization and advance sexual and reproductive health services for youth in state custody. Pepis received his J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center and his B.A. from the University of Florida.
