Amina Barnes (She/Her/Hers) is the Deputy Executive Director for Finance and Operations. As a seasoned business operations professional, Amina has spent over a decade working in nonprofits where she successfully streamlined processes, led diverse cross-functional teams, and strengthened organizational cultures. Amina continues to leverage her for-profit and non-profit expertise to serve marginalized communities, by providing strategic financial oversight, building business infrastructure, and fostering innovative growth. Amina received a B.A. in Public Administration from the University of Kansas and a Master of Business Administration from Baker University.
