Reproductive Health Law Advising

Since the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade in 2022, the legal landscape for reproductive healthcare has been constantly evolving.  We help clients adapt to new developments and manage risks that arise from volatility in the legal environment.

Much of our recent work has focused on expanding access to medication abortion by providing legal support to individuals and organizations that are developing, studying, or implementing innovative models of providing such care, including virtual abortion services.

We’ve also been advising clients on abortion-related speech, such as website content and public education campaigns; serving patients who cross state lines; and threats to contraception access.
