Constitutional Litigation
Our Constitutional Litigation Program engages the courts to eliminate unconstitutional barriers to reproductive health services and promote equity in access to care.
Key features of our litigation include:
- Highlighting the vast array of obstacles that pregnant people must overcome to access abortion;
- Centering the experiences of the people most harshly impacted by these obstacles; and
- Reinforcing the constitutional foundations for reproductive rights, including personal liberty, gender equality, and religious freedom.
